What you get…
- Energizer & siren with Lightning diverter and dedicated energizer earth spikes.
- The energizer must be connected to the fence by means of an HT cable
- Gate connectors to activate the wires on top of the gate when the gate is closed.
- Brackets are spaced every 3 meters. Extra brackets will be needed at corners and steps.
- Fence earth spikes every 30 meters and warning signs 10 meters apart.
- We must include stays where needed.
- We include a Certificate of Compliance according to SANS 10222-3
- A long lasting electric fence with high-quality material and workmanship.
How much does it cost?
The cost is determined by a number of factors such as the number of steps and corners on the property. The number of gates to be electrified. That is why it is preferable to request a quote from us on-site.

Will I receive a Certificate of Compliance?
According to SANS 10222-3, all new fences must comply with the latest regulations including a CoC issued by an installer authorized by the Department of Labour.
What happens when the fence gets shorted out?
Can an electric fence kill a person?
Electric Fence Energizers are designed to be non-Lethal. It provides a nasty shock to the intruder.
What happens when there is a power outage?
The battery will ensure that the energizer will stay activated for more than five hours.
What maintenance is needed for electric fences?
How much electricity does an electric fence consume?
It can be estimated on about R50 per month.
Which type of wire is the best to use on electric fences?
Depending on the type of wire and application, the aluminium wire has the least resistance, and we recommend solid aluminium wire. Stainless steel wire has the highest resistance and is not recommended,
Will get shocked if I touch the steel parts of a electrified gate?
No, Because the insulators installed on the brackets insulate the wires from the structure of the gate.
